iad UK has significantly expanded its agent network over the last year, with numbers more than tripling from 58 to over 185 agents. This growth reflects the continued expansion of the self-employed estate agency model.
The network's expansion includes the acquisition of self-employed agency brokerage Avocado Property earlier this year. Scotland is also becoming a key area for growth, with approximately 40 agents joining iad UK following the transition of the former Keller Williams Scotland operation.
Senior iad executives, including Clément Delpirou, president of iad Group, and Manuel Pasqua, managing director of iad Italy, are visiting Glasgow this week. Their visit will involve training, business development, and discussions about further expansion in Scotland.
