  • The company aims to open 30 new US locations over the next 24 months, focusing on major cities.
  • The new Los Angeles workspace will offer approximately 400 memberships across 32,000 square feet.

infinitSpace, a European flexible workspace provider and technology platform, has announced its expansion into the United States. The company will open its first US location, beyond Broadway DTLA, in Downtown Los Angeles on 2 November 2026, through a long-term partnership for 612 South Broadway.

This move introduces infinitSpace's asset-light operating model to the US commercial real estate market. The company forms long-term management partnerships with property owners, providing technology and a commercial platform while owners retain asset control.

The new Los Angeles site will span approximately 32,000 square feet across floors two to five of the Desmond’s Building. It is expected to provide around 400 memberships, offering private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges, community areas, and a rooftop event space. An option for the sixth floor could add an additional 8,500 square feet.

Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and co-founder of infinitSpace, stated that entering the United States is a significant step for the company's growth. The company plans to target 30 new US locations over the next 24 months, with an initial focus on cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, and New York. infinitSpace currently supports over 8,000 members globally and anticipates reaching approximately 10,000 by the end of 2026.
