JDG Estate Agents has acquired Mighty House Sales and Lettings, marking its second acquisition in a matter of months. The deal, completed in September, follows JDG’s purchase of Castle Properties earlier in the summer, with both businesses being integrated into the JDG brand.
Mighty House has operated as a high street sales and lettings agency for approximately 10 years, while Castle Properties specialised in residential lettings. These acquisitions have expanded JDG’s managed lettings portfolio to more than 450 properties, and the agency has also increased its team.
John Gallagher of JDG Estate Agents stated that both acquired businesses have built strong local relationships. He also indicated that further acquisitions could follow, as the agency looks to continue its expansion over the coming months and years.
