England's Matthew Jordan is just two shots off the lead as the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship heads into its final round. The 30-year-old carded a six-under-par 66 on Saturday, bringing his total to 16 under par.
South Africa's Casey Jarvis leads the field at 18 under par after a bogey-free 65 at St Andrews. Poland's Adrian Meronk also shares second place with Jordan at 16 under, following a joint-best round of the day with a nine-under 63.
Jordan, who was runner-up at the Nexo Championship in August, expressed his desire to win a DP World Tour event. He told the DP World Tour, "I want to give myself a really good chance. And then just try and win a golf tournament."
Belgium's Thomas Detry is a shot further back at 15 under par. Other notable English players include Matt Fitzpatrick at 12 under and Tommy Fleetwood at eight under.
