Knight Frank has expanded its regional network by opening a new office in Melbourne, Derbyshire. This new branch will serve as a base for the estate agency to target residential business across the county.
The opening brings Knight Frank's West Midlands network to eight offices. The Derbyshire operation will concentrate on residential sales, including higher-value and country homes, and will be headed by Victoria McLaughlin, the newly appointed sales director for Derbyshire.
Mitchell Glassey, director for the West Midlands at Knight Frank, stated that this expansion will broaden the firm's geographical reach.
