Isobella Perrie Sullivan, a 25-year-old law student, is to be released on bail following a charge in connection with the discovery of a bomb in a car in County Monaghan. Cavan District Court heard on Tuesday that a €15,000 (£12,800) independent surety had been approved.
The surety was provided by an individual in County Mayo, along with their bank details. Perrie Sullivan, of Abbeylands Park, Clane, County Kildare, did not appear in court on Tuesday.
Gardaí requested an amendment to her bail conditions to include a stipulation that she not contact the co-accused or their associates. However, the judge stated this request was already covered by the bail conditions set at her initial appearance on Friday. Perrie Sullivan is scheduled to appear again before Monaghan District Court in August.
