  • The drink is garnished with unpitted green olives and served in chilled mini-martini glasses.

Legare and Luna, London SE1 establishments, have released their recipe for a mini bay leaf martini. The cocktail was developed to be fun, bespoke, and easy to pre-batch for busy services while maintaining a distinctive edge.

The recipe involves infusing vodka with fresh bay leaves for a minimum of 10 days. This bay-infused vodka is then combined with dry white vermouth and chilled filtered water to create a batch serve, which can yield 12-13 servings.

Alex Mammone, general manager, and Matt Beardmore, executive chef, noted that vodka's neutral base makes it suitable for infusions, and martinis are currently popular. The finished drink is served in chilled mini-martini glasses, garnished with an unpitted green olive.

What this means for you: You can now make Legare's mini bay leaf martini at home by following the newly released recipe.
