Liverpool have reached an agreement in principle to purchase Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain. The deal is set to cost an initial sum of just over £100m, with the potential to increase to £120m.

Manager Andoni Iraola has been seeking wingers for his system, stating he would have preferred them ready earlier. He acknowledged the difficulty in the transfer market for high-level players, but hopes Barcola will prove worth the wait.

Barcola, primarily a left winger, recorded 21 goals and 21 assists in all competitions for PSG during the 2024-25 season. He also scored three goals in the recent World Cup. Liverpool had previously shown interest in other wingers, including Yan Diomande, Yankuba Minteh, and Ismaila Sarr.
