Millions of London commuters face severe travel chaos this week as Underground staff launch a four-day strike from Wednesday to Saturday across multiple Tube lines. The Transport Salaried Staffs' Association (TSSA) and Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union have called the action over unresolved disputes about pay and working conditions.
The RMT union warned the strike will be "solid" with members "fully engaged" in the industrial action. Passengers should expect widespread delays and cancellations across the network, with Transport for London (TfL) unable to guarantee normal service levels.
