A woman from Lowestoft, Suffolk, has officially entered the world record books for possessing the largest collection of My Little Pony memorabilia. Miranda Worby, 43, holds a Guinness World Record for her collection of 4,550 items.

Ms Worby began collecting the toys as a teenager, having first become interested in them as a child. Her collection, which she has built over 30 years, now occupies an entire room in her home and a separate storage unit.

She stated that receiving the Guinness World Record was a significant surprise. Ms Worby plans to continue collecting the toys, acknowledging that some are expensive and she may need to dedicate another room in her house to them.
