Macklemore has expressed being "blown away" by the immediate sell-out of his UK and European 'Free Palestine' tour. The rapper announced the trio of benefit concerts last week, following his removal from Ed Sheeran's North American 'Loop' tour.
The tour includes performances at Dublin's 3Arena on October 26, Paris' Accor Arena on October 29, and London's OVO Arena Wembley on October 30. All proceeds from these concerts are designated for 12 organisations providing medical care, humanitarian assistance, education, advocacy, and community support for Palestinians.
Macklemore stated he has been contacting "artists who have shown up and used their stages to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people, regardless of the consequences" to appear on the tour. He also teased that the full line-ups for the three shows would be "coming soon."
