Campions Group is phasing out the Madison Brook name across five former estate agency operations, bringing them under its Chestertons and Chase Buchanan brands. This follows Campions' acquisition of Madison Brook's residential agency business in April 2026.
The integration impacts offices and teams located in Chiswick, Lewisham, Royal Docks, Hampton Hill, and Twickenham. Three operations are joining Chestertons, while the remaining two are being absorbed into Chase Buchanan.
The former Madison Brook businesses in Lewisham and Royal Docks began operating under Chestertons on 29 September, with branding changes expected in the coming weeks. The Chiswick operation was integrated into Chestertons' existing local team in May.
Madison Brook's Hampton Hill operation joined Chase Buchanan on 6 October, and the Twickenham team was integrated into Chase Buchanan's existing office in May. Campions stated that these changes would provide former Madison Brook clients with access to wider buyer and tenant networks.
Richard Davies, director of UK operations at Campions Group, commented that the integration has been a positive step for both staff and clients, prioritising continuity during the transition. Campions, established in 2023, has also acquired Aston Chase and Battersea & Nine Elms Estates this year, though these businesses have retained their existing brands.
