Man City Rejects £55m Rodri Bid, Reijnders Set for Al-Qadsiah Move

Manchester City has turned down a £55m offer from Barcelona for midfielder Rodri, while Tijjani Reijnders is reportedly set to join Al-Qadsiah for £52m.

Manchester City has reportedly rejected a £55m bid from Barcelona for their Spain midfielder Rodri. The Premier League champions are understood to be holding out for more than £60m for the 30-year-old, with discussions between the two clubs continuing.

In other transfer news from the Etihad, Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, 28, is set to depart Manchester City. He has reportedly agreed a £52m move to Al-Qadsiah.

Meanwhile, Tottenham's England defender Djed Spence, 26, is on the cusp of a move to Inter Milan. He is scheduled for a medical in Italy on Friday, ahead of completing a deal valued at 30m euros (£25.6m), plus an additional 5m euros in add-ons.

Elsewhere, Arsenal made an enquiry for Spain defender Marc Pubill, but Atletico Madrid informed them the 23-year-old is not for sale. Hull City are reportedly close to signing French midfielder Lucas Gourna-Douath, 23, from Red Bull Salzburg for 4m euros (£3.4m).
