Manchester City are currently trailing Paris Saint-Germain 0-2 in their Champions League encounter at the Etihad Stadium. The match marks City's first home game since the club was found guilty of almost all breaches of Premier League financial rules.

Former manager Pep Guardiola is present at the Etihad, his first return since leaving in May. Guardiola had previously issued a public statement of support for City following the independent commission's ruling.

PSG took the lead in the 13th minute through Doue, who cut inside and struck a low shot past Donnarumma. Just two minutes later, a Ballon d'Or winner headed home a cross from Doue to double PSG's advantage. PSG have had four attempts on goal, all on target, compared to City's one attempt with none on target.
