Enrico Pucci, 50, has been sentenced to two years and three months in prison after being convicted of 30 domestic violence related charges against his former partner, Stacey*. The charges included using a Tesla car app to harass her.
Judge Peter Feather, at Parramatta local court in western Sydney, imposed a non-parole period of 15 months. Pucci had pleaded guilty to the charges the week before a scheduled hearing in August.
Court documents revealed that Pucci remotely controlled Stacey's Tesla car between 6 and 12 November 2025. He alternated the car's temperature between extremely cold and hot, and activated 'Valet Mode' to reduce its speed to 40km per hour, causing safety issues. Stacey had no control over her vehicle after a "parental control" profile was added on 1 November 2025, with Pucci being the only one with access via the Tesla app.
Judge Feather stated that Pucci engaged in "abusive behaviour" over four years, using "multiple methods to dominate" Stacey, including the Tesla app and forging fraudulent employment opportunities. Pucci is appealing against his sentence and is scheduled to appear in court again in late October.
