Manchester United Women marked their 250th match since reforming in 2018 with a 1-0 home victory over Liverpool. The decisive goal came in the sixth minute from Julia Zigiotti Olme, who capitalised on an underhit pass from Liverpool goalkeeper Khiara Keating.
Olme's lob secured a second Women's Super League win of the season for Manchester United boss Eva Olid. This result extends United's strong run, making it four consecutive victories across all competitions and an unbeaten streak of five matches.
Despite late pressure from Liverpool, United held firm to secure the three points, moving them onto seven points in the WSL standings.
