Maré Awarded Brighton's First Michelin Star in Over 50 Years

Chef-owner Rafael Cagali and his partner Charlie Lee are at the helm of Maré. Head chef Ewan Waller is noted for translating Cagali's Brazilian roots into the restaurant's offerings.
