The 'Metaphor: ReFantazio' world orchestral tour is scheduled to begin this week, with its premiere in Texas on Friday, October 9. Following the Texas performance, the tour will continue to Illinois on Sunday, October 11, and California on Tuesday, October 13.
After its initial North American dates, the tour is planned to visit locations in Asia and Europe. Composer Shoji Meguro expressed his desire to surprise fans by performing the music live, aiming for reactions such as, "Wait, the composer is actually playing this live!?"
Meguro, known for his work on the 'Persona' series, created the 'Metaphor: ReFantazio' soundtrack to be an orchestral epic with electronic elements. He also incorporated religious chanting, recorded by Chief priest Of Myojoji Temple, Keisuke Honryo, into the game's battle themes.
