Miley Cyrus has announced her tenth studio album, 'Bass Persuades', which is scheduled to arrive on September 18. This will be her first release through Atlantic Records.
The singer also confirmed she will now be billed simply as Miley. She described the album's title as encompassing "Heart full, heartache, every part of life in between."
To celebrate the album's release, Miley will perform two headline shows at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 16 and 18. Model/Actriz will join her for these performances.
Tickets for the Hollywood Bowl shows go on general sale at 10am on September 10. An American Express pre-sale begins on September 8, followed by an artist pre-sale on September 9.
This announcement follows Miley's previous statement last year that she had no "desire" to tour, citing mental wellbeing concerns. Her ninth studio album, 'Something Beautiful', was released in May last year.
The news also comes days after the death of Miley's godmother, Dolly Parton, on August 25. Miley shared that one of their final conversations was about "music and metamorphosis."
