MoneyWeek sets out subscription terms and gift delivery rules

MoneyWeek has published subscription terms covering print and digital delivery, gift timing and substitution rights. The terms also set out refund and auto-renewal guarantees.

  • Print subscriptions start with the next available issue and may take up to six weeks to arrive.
  • Subscription gifts may take up to 60 days for delivery and are sent separately to the magazine.
  • Subscriptions are covered by a money-back guarantee with refunds for unmailed issues.

MoneyWeek has detailed its subscription terms, confirming that print editions begin with the next available issue and can take up to six weeks to arrive, while digital subscriptions start with the most recent issue.

Free gifts included with subscriptions are delivered separately and may take up to 60 days to arrive. Gifts are limited to Mainland UK delivery, and if a gift subscription is purchased, any free gift goes to the purchaser rather than the recipient. The publisher reserves the right to substitute a gift with one of equal or greater value.

Subscriptions are protected by a money-back guarantee, allowing customers to cancel in writing at any time and receive a refund for all unmailed issues. Credit card refunds are issued in sterling, and customers outside the UK may incur conversion fees from their card provider.

For continuous card payment subscriptions, customers must be notified at least three working days in advance of any change to the amount, date or frequency of payment. Subscribers can cancel at any time by contacting their bank or building society.

What this means for you: If you are considering a MoneyWeek subscription, print delivery can take up to six weeks, and any included gift may arrive separately within 60 days.
