Moveli launches AI marketing tool amid increased estate agency investment

Estate agency Moveli has introduced an AI-powered marketing appraisal and proposal tool, as the sector sees growing investment in artificial intelligence.

  • Moveli's new in-house AI tool creates personalised, mobile-optimised property proposals.
  • The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has acquired a 25% stake in conversational AI platform Enteka Ai for £900,000.
  • Enteka Ai is operational in over 210 TPFG offices, handling customer enquiries and lead qualification.

Moveli has launched an AI-powered marketing appraisal and proposal tool, developed in-house as part of its Moveli OS platform. This system enables brokers to generate personalised proposals following property valuations, which can include live and sold comparables, automated valuation model data, local market information, and interactive maps. These proposals are delivered as webpages, rather than conventional PDFs, and are designed for mobile, tablet, and desktop viewing.

The system also tracks when sellers open or revisit proposals, providing brokers with information to help determine follow-up timing. Ben Littlewood, Moveli co-founder, stated the company chose to build its own system to tailor it to their brokers, brand, and clients. Co-founder Chris Littlewood added that AI is expected to fundamentally change how estate agents operate.

This development by Moveli occurs as investment in AI across the estate agency sector increases. The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has acquired a 25% stake in Enteka Ai, a conversational AI platform. TPFG is investing £900,000 for an initial 15% equity interest, with a further 10% stake linked to a three-year commercial agreement. Enteka Ai is currently operating in more than 210 TPFG offices, including branches of Belvoir, EweMove, Hunters, Martin & Co, Northwood, and Whitegates. Its technology manages customer enquiries across various channels, qualifies leads, and arranges appointments.

Why this matters: The introduction of AI tools by estate agencies like Moveli and the investment by TPFG illustrate a broader trend of technology adoption within the property sector, aiming to automate processes from initial customer contact to property appraisals and follow-ups.
