Nate Bargatze has officially set a new world record for the most tickets sold for a stand-up tour. The 47-year-old comedian has sold 2,016,254 tickets for his ongoing “Big Dumb Eyes” arena tour.
This figure places him ahead of the previous record of 1,981,720 tickets, which was held by Jeff Dunham’s “Spark of Insanity” tour for nearly two decades. Bargatze reached this milestone in just over 16 months, having commenced his tour in April 2025.
Variety reports that Bargatze is scheduled to receive the Guinness World Record certificate on stage at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto later today, August 15.
