New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson, who recently celebrated an NBA championship victory, is slated to host the season premiere of Saturday Night Live later this month. Brunson's hosting debut is scheduled for September 26, where he will be joined by pop girl group Katseye as the musical guest.
Brunson's appearance follows his role in leading the Knicks to their first NBA title in 53 years this summer. Other hosts announced for the season include Dakota Johnson on October 3, comedian Shane Gillis on October 10, and Inde Navarrette, who will host on Halloween night.
Meanwhile, SNL UK has announced its second season will commence on September 12. Jeff Goldblum is set to host the premiere, with CMAT performing as the musical guest. Comedian Freddie Meredith has also been added as a new permanent cast member for SNL UK's second season.
