A key feature of the Nectar Classic is its lifetime guarantee, which is noted as beating other mattress guarantees, with the exception of DreamCloud, which shares a parent company. This warranty includes a replacement for defective mattresses within 10 years, and repair and re-covering from year 11 onwards, though limitations apply for use in violation of instructions, such as removing the cover.
The mattress is constructed with a combination of different foam densities.
