The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has published a new Apprenticeship technical funding guide, which applies to apprenticeships commencing on or after 1 August 2026. This guide outlines the funding system and how payments to providers will be calculated.
Responsibility for this guidance transferred to the DWP on 1 April 2026. The department advises users to continue following this guidance.
