The retreat offers daily holistic practices, including guided meditation and yoga, alongside game drives. It also features an art studio, spa, swimming pool, gym, and an 'Abundance Garden' that supplies its entirely plant-based kitchen.
Founder Peter Eastwood, a New Zealand businessman, established Sashwa as a social enterprise. All profits generated by the retreat are reinvested into Koru Camp, an educational initiative designed to provide local children with opportunities to experience their country's wildlife.
