Northern has launched a flash sale, making four million tickets available for £2 each. These discounted fares are for journeys to destinations across the north of England.
The three-day sale concludes tomorrow, Friday 4 September. The tickets are valid for travel between 9 September and 23 October 2026.
Passengers can purchase these sale tickets via Northern's app, online, at ticket offices, and on ticket machines located at stations managed by Northern. Destinations accessible with the £2 fares include Leeds, Manchester Piccadilly, Sheffield, Liverpool Lime Street, York, and Blackpool North.
