Nottingham Forest has confirmed a multi-year front-of-shirt partnership with global services platform Marex. This agreement sees Marex replace Bally's as the club's sponsor, aligning with the Premier League's voluntary ban on gambling and casino brands appearing on the front of player shirts.
Marex Financial previously acted as the public offer platform operator during Space X's IPO earlier this year, providing UK investors access to the float of Elon Musk's firm. The deal between Marex and Nottingham Forest is understood to be worth approximately £25m over three years.
Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis stated that Marex is an "ambitious, global business with a strong reputation for excellence and performance," reflecting the club's own ambitions. Marex chief Ian Lowitt described the deal as an "important step in Marex’s continued development."
Oliver Glasner will manage Nottingham Forest this season, having joined after leaving Europa Conference League winners Crystal Palace in the summer.
