The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has today, 11 September 2026, released its monthly estimate for Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the UK for July 2026. This release provides an assessment of the value of goods and services produced across the UK economy, offering insights into its overall size and growth.
GDP figures are considered accredited official statistics, having been independently reviewed by the Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR). This accreditation signifies that the statistics meet user needs, are presented clearly, and are produced using appropriate data and sound methods, managed impartially.
The ONS has also made available various related data, including revisions triangles, consumer-facing services data, monthly GDP low-level industry data, and contributions to monthly GDP. The next monthly GDP estimate is scheduled for release on 15 October 2026.
