The Office for National Statistics (ONS) is scheduled to release an update on median house prices and sales volumes for England and Wales today, 17 September 2026. This release will incorporate data for Quarter 1 (January to March) 2025 and Quarter 1 (January to March) 2026.
The update will offer detailed breakdowns, including information on different geographies, sales of new and existing properties, and various property types. Data will cover median and lower quartile prices, as well as sales volumes, for administrative geographies, parliamentary constituencies, national parks, and Middle layer Super Output Areas (MSOAs).
