Private property network Oskar has rebranded as Oskar Prime after the value of listings shared through the platform reached almost £4bn. The network, which allows estate agents, buying agents, and brokers to privately share property listings and retained searches above £2m, currently has £3.97bn of homes listed and £3.12bn of active buyer searches.
Launched in early 2024 by former buying agent Caspar Harvard-Walls, the platform has grown to 479 agents representing 229 companies. The rebrand is intended to reflect the network's increasing use across the prime and super-prime residential markets, moving beyond its initial focus on prime central London.
Harvard-Walls stated that the rebrand is a "natural progression for the business," highlighting the significant milestone of nearly £4bn in listed property and over £3.1bn in active searches. Membership of Oskar Prime remains free and is open to estate agents, buying agents, and brokers.
