Oura reportedly eyes September IPO with over $16 billion valuation

Smart ring maker Oura is reportedly planning a US IPO as early as next month, aiming to raise up to $3 billion and potentially valuing the company at over $16 billion.

  • Oura is reportedly planning a US IPO in September, seeking to raise up to $3 billion.
  • The IPO could value the company at more than $16 billion.
  • This valuation would be a significant increase from its $10.9 billion valuation in September last year.

Oura, the company behind smart rings, with offices in San Francisco and Finland, is reportedly preparing for a US initial public offering (IPO) as soon as next month. The company is said to be planning to raise up to $3 billion, which could lead to a valuation exceeding $16 billion, according to Bloomberg.

This potential valuation would represent a substantial rise from the $10.9 billion valuation Oura achieved last September, following an $875 million Series E funding round. Investors are reportedly expected to sell a significant portion of their stock in the upcoming offering.

Oura confidentially filed for an IPO in May.
