Pacitti Jones has completed the acquisition of Airdrie-based Abode Estate Agency, further expanding its presence in Lanarkshire. This deal follows the firm's recent purchase of Bell Russell, a solicitor, estate, and letting agency also located in Airdrie.
Abode Estate Agency's existing staff, including founder Mhairi Ainsworth, will remain with the business and transfer to Pacitti Jones. Abode clients will gain access to Pacitti Jones' services, which include conveyancing, lettings, mortgages, and private client legal work.
With this latest acquisition, Pacitti Jones now operates from 15 branches across Scotland's Central Belt, covering areas from Glasgow and Stirling to Linlithgow. The firm's chief executive, John O’Malley, stated that they continue to seek further expansion opportunities across the Central Belt and beyond.
