UK fintech PensionBee, a pension consolidator, has reported group adjusted Ebitda of -£1.1 million for the first half of its 2026 financial year. However, its UK market operations alone generated a positive adjusted Ebitda of £1.5 million during the same period, or £7.5 million over the last 12 months.
Analysts at Peel Hunt estimate the company will report adjusted Ebitda of £0.5 million for the full year across all markets. They project PensionBee will achieve sustainable profitability from 2027 and reach a 20% adjusted Ebitda margin by 2029.
PensionBee's assets under administration have increased to £8.6 billion, serving 327,000 invested customers. The company also has a small but growing presence in the US market, with less than $5 million in assets under management, but is in discussions with over 100 intermediaries for potential future inflows.
