Phoebe Bridgers has announced a series of intimate UK shows to mark the release of her third solo album, 'Lost Weekend'. The record is scheduled for release next Friday, August 14, via Dead Oceans.
The indie artist will play two shows at Union Chapel in London on Monday, August 17, marking her first solo London performance since 2022. She will also perform twice at Circuit in Kingston on Wednesday, August 19, and twice at Electric Bristol on Friday, August 21.
Brighton's Chalk will host two performances from Bridgers on August 20. Each location will feature a matinee and an evening show, expected to last approximately 45 minutes.
In line with Bridgers' previous gigs, phones, smartwatches, and other recording devices will not be permitted at these shows. This policy also extends to planetarium listening sessions for the album and a wider tour later this year.
'Lost Weekend' follows Bridgers' 2020 album 'Punisher' and includes contributions from Boygenius bandmates Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker, as well as Christian Lee Hutson and Jack Antonoff. The album's tracklist also lists an unknown guest, 'Son-John Johnson', who is rumoured to be Cameron Winter.
