A police constable is facing a gross misconduct hearing following allegations he drove on the wrong side of Eltham Road, south-east London, before a fatal collision. The incident, which occurred on 13th February 2021, led to the death of a pregnant woman and left a man with serious injuries.
PC Nadeem Saddique is accused of breaching professional standards of behaviour relating to duties and responsibilities, as well as orders and instructions.
