Additionally, Cozinha das Flores, a restaurant by London-based Nuno Mendes, offers a contemporary take on northern Portuguese cuisine, while its sibling bar, Flor, provides a spot for evening drinks.
Visitors can explore the recently restored Bolhao Market, a culinary hub since 1914, or the historic Café Majestic, which opened in 1921. Cultural attractions include the Capela das Almas with its blue and white tiled exteriors, São Bento railway station known for its ceramic tiles, and the Livraria Lello bookshop.
