  • The new series will air this autumn, with the main edition of Race Across The World returning next spring.

Princess and Junior Andre, children of Peter Andre and Katie Price, will compete as a team in the new series of Celebrity Race Across The World. They are joined by singers Ella Eyre and Sam Ryder, and broadcaster Jeff Stelling.

The four celebrity pairs will give up their smartphones and luxuries to race from Kuching, Malaysia, across five checkpoints in three countries and two continents, aiming for Melbourne, Australia. They will use only local transport, a physical map, and a strict daily budget of £26 per person.

Ella Eyre is paired with her childhood friend Nana, Jeff Stelling with his son Matt, and Sam Ryder with his tour manager Kaz Coles. Tim Harcourt, chief creative officer of Studio Lambert, the production company, noted the show offers "unfiltered and honest reactions" from contestants.

The new celebrity series is scheduled to air this autumn. The main edition of Race Across The World is expected to return to BBC One and iPlayer next spring.
