Property Firms Announce Key Appointments Amid Expansion Plans

Chartwell Noble, Knight Frank, and McCarthy & Stone have announced new appointments as they look to expand their operations in various property sectors.

  • Christian Sanders has joined Chartwell Noble as a partner agent, expanding its Midlands presence.
  • Victoria McLaughlin has been appointed sales director for Derbyshire at Knight Frank.
  • Jonathan Sanders has been named head of partnerships at McCarthy & Stone to grow its partnerships business.

Christian Sanders, a former partner at Fisher German, has joined Chartwell Noble as a partner agent. This move supports Chartwell Noble's expansion in the Midlands. Mr Sanders brings over 35 years of experience in residential and rural property, including advising on the sale of country houses, farms, and estates.

Knight Frank has appointed Victoria McLaughlin as sales director for Derbyshire. Ms McLaughlin has more than 15 years of experience in the property sector, specialising in higher-value homes. She will be based in Melbourne and will focus on growing Knight Frank's market share in the region.

McCarthy & Stone has appointed Jonathan Sanders as head of partnerships. Mr Sanders has over a decade of experience in residential development, affordable housing, and land acquisition. His appointment is part of McCarthy & Stone's strategy to expand its partnerships model, which already has several projects underway.

Why this matters: The expansion of McCarthy & Stone's partnerships business comes as the UK's ageing population is forecast to increase demand for specialist housing.
