Estate and letting agents are being encouraged by the charity Agents Giving to take part in the Great British Property Cycle Challenge 2026 during October. The nationwide fundraising event aims to involve 1,000 property professionals.
Funds raised from the challenge will go towards supporting the British Heart Foundation and Heartbeat Trust UK. The campaign also seeks to assist efforts in providing more defibrillators within local communities.
Participants have the flexibility to cycle any distance, whether 10 or 100 miles, and can choose to ride outdoors or use a static bike. Individuals, family and friends, or entire branches can get involved, with firms potentially turning it into an office-to-office challenge.
The event will run throughout October and will include Restart a Heart Day on 16 October.
