Property Progressors launches UK's first sales progression franchise

A new franchise model for sales progression has been launched by Property Progressors, aiming to create a network of local progressors across England and Wales.

  • Property Progressors has launched what it claims is the UK’s first franchise model for sales progression.
  • The company plans to establish a network of locally based sales progressors across England and Wales.
  • Property Progressors states that transactions handled through its service complete in around 78 days on average, compared to over 100 days across the wider market.

Property Progressors, founded in 2022 by former estate agent Natasha Candeias, has introduced a franchise model for sales progression. The company aims to build a network of local sales progressors throughout England and Wales.

This new model allows individual progressors to operate their own businesses within specific territories, utilising Property Progressors' systems, CRM, and training. The launch comes amidst ongoing concerns about the time taken for property transactions to move from sale agreed to completion.

Property Progressors claims that sales typically take over 100 days to complete in the wider market, with fall-through rates between 30% and 36%. The company states that its service completes transactions in approximately 78 days on average, by capping individual caseloads at 60, in contrast to some progressors managing between 150 and 250 cases.

The franchise expansion targets estate agencies seeking to outsource sales progression, allowing them to work with a dedicated local progressor. Natasha Candeias highlighted that local knowledge can help identify potential problems earlier in a transaction, leading to faster completions and fewer fall-throughs.

Why this matters: The new franchise model aims to address concerns about the length of time property transactions take to complete and high fall-through rates in the UK market.

What this means for you: If you are involved in a property transaction, this new service aims to potentially reduce the time it takes for sales to complete and lower the risk of transactions falling through.
