Independent estate agency Pymm and Co has relocated its Norwich headquarters after two decades at its Ber Street office. The firm has moved to larger premises at 46 Rose Lane, situated less than half a mile from its previous location.

The move brings the agency’s specialist teams together under one roof and follows the acquisition of Starkings & Watson Lettings. Managing director Steve Pymm, who founded the business in 2006, stated that the company had outgrown its long-standing office due to expansion.

Pymm and Co expanded into financial services in 2007 through Broadland Consultants and launched a dedicated lettings division the following year. The agency has also grown through several acquisitions of lettings portfolios, including Homeworks Lettings and MPJ Property Management.

The firm expanded beyond Norwich in 2025 by opening a second office in Sheringham, later increasing its north Norfolk operation by acquiring a neighbouring building.
