Rangers have confirmed the acquisition of Venezuela striker Kevin Kelsy from Portland Timbers for an undisclosed fee. Additionally, Algeria winger Badredine Bouanani has joined the club on a season-long loan from Stuttgart.
These two signings were announced as the Scottish transfer window closed on Thursday, increasing the total number of summer additions to the Ibrox squad to 14.
Kelsy, 22, has signed a four-year contract with an option for an additional year. He previously joined Portland in January 2025 from Shakhtar Donetsk. Bouanani, 21, moved to Stuttgart from Nice just over a year ago.
