Real Madrid Eye McTominay and Olise, Chelsea Pursue De Jong

Real Madrid are reportedly interested in Scott McTominay and Michael Olise, while Chelsea are keen on Frenkie de Jong, according to recent transfer gossip.

  • Real Madrid are monitoring Scott McTominay's contract talks at Napoli.
  • Bayern Munich aims to extend Michael Olise's contract, which runs until 2029.
  • Chelsea are reportedly keen on signing Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona.

Real Madrid are reportedly keeping tabs on Scott McTominay's contract discussions at Napoli, with the Spanish giants potentially looking to sign the 29-year-old Scotland midfielder at the end of the current season. Meanwhile, his former club Manchester United are unlikely to bring McTominay back to Old Trafford as they are targeting younger signings.

In other transfer news, Bayern Munich reportedly wants to extend the contract of 24-year-old France winger Michael Olise, which is set to expire in 2029. It is suggested that Olise is likely to remain with the German club unless a move to Real Madrid materialises.

Chelsea are also reportedly keen on securing Barcelona and Netherlands midfielder Frenkie de Jong, 29. This move is seen as a potential replacement for Enzo Fernandez, who transferred to Manchester City on the recent transfer deadline day.

Elsewhere, Liverpool has a £59.5m buyback clause for Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah, 23, but the England international is reportedly reluctant to return to Anfield. Juventus are said to have doubts about Germany striker Nick Woltemade, currently on loan from Newcastle United, and are considering alternatives such as Folarin Balogun. Newcastle and Everton are both reportedly interested in Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara. Hull City are also close to signing 18-year-old goalkeeper Deniz Donmezer from Kayserispor for £1.5m.
