Reform UK has suspended policy guru Dr James Orr and Dan Jukes, an aide to Nigel Farage, following a Channel 4 News investigation. The suspensions were announced the day after the investigation, which alleged that Orr and Jukes appeared to arrange a foreign donation through a middleman, was broadcast.

Party chairman Lee Anderson stated that Orr and Jukes would not return to the top of the party. Nigel Farage dismissed the allegations as “loose pub talk” and insisted Reform had not taken money by illegal means.

The allegations emerged during Reform UK's first-ever Business Day at its conference in Birmingham, where officials hoped to engage industry chiefs. Robert Jenrick, the party's economic spokesman, discussed deregulation for the financial and professional services sector, including capital requirements and ring-fencing.
