Zia Yusuf, Reform's home affairs spokesperson, appeared on BBC Radio 4's Today programme to discuss the party's intention to suspend the asylum system for an entire parliamentary term. Yusuf also reportedly promised a British version of ICE.
During his appearance, Yusuf made arguments referencing an elderly woman's ambulance wait, Welsh 15-year-olds' educational attainment, and young people living with parents due to high rents. The Reform party is currently awaiting the results of a parliamentary inquiry into a £5m gift received by Nigel Farage.
