Students receiving their GCSE results on Thursday, August 20, 2026, can take advantage of various free food offers and discounts from several restaurant chains. These promotions aim to mark the occasion, whether students are celebrating their grades or not.
Itsu is offering a free tray of steamed chicken or vegetable gyoza to students who present their 2026 results. Nando's is bringing back its results day offer, providing a free quarter chicken or any starter for students who spend £7 or more and show their student ID and results.
Other participating restaurants include Slim Chickens, which is giving away three free chicken tenders, and Zizzi, offering a free classic pizza to the first 30 GCSE students per restaurant who buy a soft drink. After the initial offer, Zizzi will provide 50% off any classic pizza or non-gluten classic until 5pm with a soft drink purchase.
Pizza Express is offering 90 minutes of bottomless pizza and dough balls for £12.50, requiring one student to show their results slip for the entire table to qualify. Bella Italia and Las Iguanas are providing a free starter and dessert with any main meal, while Prezzo Italian offers a free drink with an adult main meal, valid until December 4.
