Sam Fender has seemingly indicated the stadiums he may play as part of a 2027 UK tour, with a potential show at Wembley Stadium marking his biggest headline performance yet.

The North Shields artist released a new video on social media yesterday, October 19, following an earlier advertisement for ‘SF27’ shown during a Newcastle United match. The Lord Of The Rings-inspired clip depicts two fans launching pyrotechnics at various stadiums across the country.

Venues featured in the video include St James' Park, Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, Ireland’s Malahide Castle, Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, and Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium. The final venue shown is London's 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium, which, if confirmed, would be Fender's largest headline show to date. The video's caption read: “The Beacons Are Lit!”

This comes after a significant year for Fender, who received the Songwriter Of The Year award at the Ivor Novellos and the Song Of The Year award at the BRITs 2026. He also broke a record for the longest-running UK Number One single with his duet ‘Rein Me In’ with Olivia Dean.
