San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York has pleaded no contest to two criminal charges after being arrested in Ohio over the weekend. Mr York was initially arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution, but this charge was amended to disorderly conduct. He was also charged with possessing criminal tools.

A no contest plea means the defendant accepts the punishment for the alleged crimes without admitting guilt. Mr York was sentenced to a day in jail for each count, to be served concurrently, and was released on Monday morning. He was also fined a total of $1,150 and ordered to complete an online course. The arrest report did not specify what the criminal tools were.

KRON4 News in San Francisco reported that Mr York, 46, was arrested at a trailer park in East Palestine, Ohio, on Sunday morning. The East Palestine Police Department and the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force were involved in the arrest.
