Saturday Night Live UK, the British version of the US sketch comedy show, is set to launch its second season on Saturday, September 12. Broadcaster Sky has officially announced the premiere date for the series, which will initially run for six episodes.
More episodes are planned for 2027. Sky has stated that the new season will offer "unpredictable, must-watch Saturday night television." All eleven original cast members from the first season are confirmed to return.
The show, marketed as SNL UK, first debuted in March and received positive reviews. Its renewal for a second season was announced in May.
